These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wandatatech.com (the “Site”) and the career strategy, resume and LinkedIn rebranding, skill development, interview preparation, job campaign and placement support services (the “Services”) offered by Wandata Tech (“Wandata Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Site, using a career tool, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site and the Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Description of Services
Wandata Tech provides career consulting services and free preview career-intelligence tools (Resume Analyzer, LinkedIn Profile Analyzer, Job Match Score and Interview Readiness). The free tools give you an instant, AI-generated preview; our paid/consultative services involve a human Wandata Tech consultant and are described on our Services and Plans pages. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for consultative services are agreed separately with your assigned consultant and are not created merely by using the free tools.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (including your name, email, phone number and resume/profile content) when using the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of any resume, profile, or career information you submit. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
4. AI-Generated Results Are Not Guarantees
Results shown by our career tools (scores, feedback, keyword analysis, readiness previews, etc.) are generated automatically by an AI model against a disclosed methodology. They are provided for informational and self-assessment purposes only, are not reviewed or certified by a human before being shown to you, and do not constitute professional career, legal, immigration, or employment advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated output for any decision without independent judgment or professional consultation where appropriate.
5. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement
Wandata Tech provides career strategy, preparation and placement support. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, placements, income, or any specific employment outcome. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and your own qualifications and effort.
6. Consultant Follow-Up and Communication Consent
When you submit your contact details, a Wandata Tech consultant may follow up with you by email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp message regarding your request. This follow-up, and your consent to it (including consent required under Indian telecom regulations for calls and messages), is described in full in our Privacy Policy ↗, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Fees, Plans and Payments
Where a Service involves a fee, the applicable plan, pricing and payment terms will be shared with you directly by your consultant, or as published on our Plans page, before you are charged. Refund eligibility, if any, will be specified at the time of purchase or in your service agreement. The free career-intelligence tool previews on this Site do not require payment.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos and the career tools, is owned by Wandata Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the resume, profile and other content you submit to us; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Services to you.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or tools for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content you do not have the right to share;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its tools, or underlying systems;
- Submit another person’s personal information without their knowledge and consent;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or its tools at scale.
10. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party service providers, including Google Gemini for AI-powered analysis and Resend for transactional email delivery. Your use of features relying on these providers is also subject to their respective terms, to the extent applicable. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wandata Tech and its officers, employees and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, or employment, arising from your use of the Site, the tools, or the Services, including reliance on AI-generated results. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding six months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wandata Tech harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate or unlawful content.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, including for violation of these Terms, without notice where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the Site at any time.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
